Our client is a retail bank group looking for IT professional to join their team as Technical Support / Team leader.
Reporting to the IT Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting users in resolving issues encountered in their daily use of IT services and servicing request type calls;
- Participate in project implementation including infrastructure & system refreshment.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above graduate in IT, Computer Science or equivalent;
- At least 2 years solid working experience in user support and system maintenance under Windows environment;
- Experience in providing technical support on PC and Server;
- Experiences in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office, etc;
- Holder of MCP/MCSE or CCNA is preferable;
- Good sense of trouble -shooting and good communication skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skill with being a good team-player.
