Our client is a retail bank looking for high calibre IT professional to join their team as a IT Support Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing on-phone enquiries and desk-side support services to end users and customers;
Requirements:
- University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
- 4 yrs hands on experience on desk-side support for Windows applications
- Familiar with TCP/IP, AD, 2000, XP, Office, Outlook, SAV, SMS, etc
- Previous experience on supporting bank environment is an added advantages
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure with can-do attitude
- Less experiences will be considered as IT Services Assistant
