Our client is a global MNC looking for a Systems Support / Analyst to join their Global Technical Support Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level systems support mainly on Enterprise Windows platform
- Monitor and administer e-mail, network, data backup and telephony systems
-Work and coordinate with outsourced vendors on projects
Requirements:
- University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in supporting MS platform;
- Solid experience in application support or development using .NET is essential;
- Experience in support financial applications such as equity trading, accounting system is highly preferred;
- Reasonable knowledge of Lotus Notes Domino and some network setup experience is beneficial
